What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional payment options. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If it’s already shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a return authorization. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

When will my order be shipped?


Orders placed before 2 PM (local time) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?


Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?


We currently process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?


If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, please contact our support team with your order number so we can help track it down.
